Location: Das Studio befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhof Wipkingen, im lebhaften Stadtteil 8037 in Zürich. Die Gegend verfügt über eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr: 5-10 Minuten mit dem Zug oder Bus zum Hauptbahnhof, 15-20 Minuten zum ETH/Irchel-Campus.
Die Wohnung ist eher eine 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, einer separaten Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Duschbad. Sie ist komplett möbliert, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.
Die Bruttomiete beträgt ca. 1150 CHF/Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten).

This flat is more like a 1.5 room flat, which has a bedroom, a seperate kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room. It is fully furnished, as shown in the photos.
The gross rent is about 1150 CHF/month, including additional costs.
