Cosy room (approx. 16 sqm) available from October 5th in a very central and lively location, right across the Sihlcity shopping center. The flat has 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and one bathroom, including both a washing machine and a tumbler.
Looking for a working girl to share the flat with. Must have common sense for keeping things clean and be easy-going. You’d live with me (female, 33, full-time working, relaxed and up for some chat and fun as long as house duties are respected).
The room is unfurnished except for a wardrobe (current tenant willing to leave it for CHF 200).
Contract: fixed one-year or a weekly resident (Mo-Fr) is also welcome (rent reduced).
