This is a JUWO apartment. All tenants have to fulfill the JUWO criteria:
» 16 to 28 years of age
» Income of max. CHF 30'000 per year
» In education: study, apprenticeship, internship.

Due to my absende in the summer months, I'm looking for a temporary tenant (01.05. - 31.07.) for my rooms in shared apartment. The flat is located right next to the bus station Mötteliweg. Bahnhof Oerlikon as well as Coop/Migro are within walking distance or can be reached by a short bus ride. Bus station Mötteliweg is also directly connected to ETH Hönggerberg via a 5 min bus ride.

The offer includes two smaller rooms divided into an office (8m2) & bedroom (9m2) located on the first floor of the apartment. The rooms come fully furnished.

You will share the rest of the apartment with my two roommates Sara and Sina.

The offered price includes rent, utilities and WiFi.

Es handelt sich hier um eine JUWO Wohnung. Alle Bewohner müssen die JUWO Kriterien erfüllen:

» In Ausbildung: Studium, Lehre, Praktikum.

Aufgrund meiner Abwesenheit im Sommer, suche Ich eine befristeten (01.05. - 31.07.) Untermieter (m/w/d) für meine beiden Zimmer in meiner Wohngemeinschaft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe der Busstation Mötteliweg mit direkter Verbindung zum Bahnhof Oerlikon, Coop/Migro und der ETH Hönggerberg. Coop/Migro und der Bahnhof sind auch fußläufig gut erreichbar (10min).

Das Angebot bezieht sich auf zwei kleinere Zimmer welches ich als Büro/Lernzimmer (8m2) und Schlafzimmer (9m2) nutze. Die Zimmer sind möbliert.

Den Rest der Wohnung teilst du dir mit meinen beiden Mitbewohnerinnen Sara und Sina.

Die Miete beinhaltet alle Betriebskosten sowie Internet.
