The room is part of a beautiful modern 5.5 room more than 150sqm apartment with underfloor heating, Full parquet flooring and balcony. The room has approx. 12sqm. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, large living and dining room, well laid out in traffic-calmed but still close to highway and main train station(4min walking).
All important shops are within easy reach with good connections. I travel regularly for business and will not be on site much. We look forward to receiving applications, viewings are of course possible by arrangement.

Ich selbst bin regelmäßig geschäftlich unterwegs. Bewerbungen, Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache selbstverständlich möglich.
