A fully furnished room (ca 10 m²) is available in my non-smoking 3-room apartment in tax-friendly Zollikon, ZH – ONLY for a weekly commuter or professional working/studying in Zurich for ONLY 2-4 days per week who values peace, greenery, and comfort. The flat is not available at the weekend for private reasons.
Only for one (1) person as Wochenaufenthalter who stays in Zurich ONLY DURING the week.
As a busy business person (45) I’m looking for a calm, reliable, and tidy person who enjoys a harmonious living environment. Rent starting from CHF 680 per month (including utilities).
