In unserer Wohnung wird ein gemuetliches Zimmer frei 😊 Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, bietet genug Platz und ist angenehm ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Kueche und ein Badezimmer zur Mitbenutzung. Einkauf, OeV und die Universitaet St. Gallen (HSG) sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (ohne Lift) - dafuer ist es ruhig und man hat etwas Bewegung im Alltag.
Ich verlasse die Wohnung aus beruflichen Gruenden und ziehe zurueck nach Italien.
Gesucht wird eine unkomplizierte und ordentliche Person, die Wert auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben legt.

A cozy room is available in our shared apartment 😊 The room is well laid out, offers enough space and is quiet.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. Shops, public transport and the University of St. Gallen (HSG) are close by.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (no elevator), but it is quiet.
I am moving back to Italy due to work.
We are looking for an easy going and tidy person who values a relaxed shared living environment.
