We are offering a 16–17 m² room in our small and welcoming three-person shared flat, located on the 1st floor of a quiet side street in the heart of Alt-Wiedikon. The rent is 930 CHF per month, plus some additional shared costs. The room is unfurnished but the shared spaces are furnished.

The flat includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small balcony, but no living room, so the shared spaces are relatively limited. Because of this, it’s especially important for us to find someone who is respectful, considerate, and genuinely interested in creating a positive shared home atmosphere.

Our home is a place where we care about building a comfortable, respectful, and warm environment together. We enjoy spending time together now and then, cooking, chatting, or improving the space, while also respecting each other’s independence and need for personal time.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just want a room, but wants to contribute to a shared home and community long-term.

We are only considering applications from people who:
• are responsible, clean, communicative, open and honest
• want to build a community/home, not just share an apartment
• are looking for a long-term home (minimum 1 year)
• are 23–33 years old
• are comfortable speaking English at home
• have experience living in shared flats
• have the time and motivation to contribute ideas and energy to make the home nice together
