I'm subletting one room (about 20 m2) in the apartment on the 8th floor where I live and I'm looking for one woman only (no couples).

- Location: Fribourg, 2 minutes walk to the main train station
- 3 big supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance
- Rent: 850 CHF / month (all included - see below)
- Security deposit: 400 CHF
- Availability: immediate - Move In: between now and the 23rd of March;
Move Out: end of June (flexible)

The apartment is fully equipped and the price includes:
- WiFi
- Electricity, water, heating
- Detergent, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper
- Cleaning products + utensils (cloths, sponge, mop, hoover, etc.)
- Iron + ironing board
- Salt, pepper & basic spices
- Electric kettle
- Pans, plates, mugs, cups, full cutlery
- Clothes drying rack
You also have access to washing and drying machines downstairs.
The apartment has a dishwasher, oven and microwave.

About living together (very important, please read carefully):

- Woman only
- Working 100% full-time, on-site (Monday - Friday)
- This is important because I work in a hybrid regime and work from home 3 days per week in the living room.
- Non-smoker
- Parties/ having friends over - only on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Usually, I am not at home on weekends

I'm looking for someone mature, calm, clean and respectful, who truly understands how to live in a shared apartment.

- I do not tolerate stealing, disrespectful or careless behavior.
- Cleaning & household tasks are shared weekly (we alternate weeks).
- Fridge space is shared equally and respectfully, no stealing.
- There is enough storage space for both of us.
