The fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances, including a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, plus all the cutlery, crockery, pans, and utensils you will ever need.
A washing machine is shared in the building.
There is also a storage room in a cellar where you can keep your suitcases and other stuff.

The rent includes internet, water, electricity, heating, all furniture, and bi-weekly cleaning of shared areas.

Short stays are available, prices will vary based on the length of stay:
