• 16 Minuten mit dem Zug von Malters nach Luzern
• 30 Minuten mit dem Bus
• 40 Minuten mit dem E-Bike zur HSLU Film & Kunst
• 5–10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof Malters
• 20–25 Minuten zu Fuss

Miete: 400 CHF pro Monat
Wir sind insgesamt vier Personen im Haus (Björn, Jane, Emma und Eva). Es gibt viel Platz. Wir schätzen freundliche Gespräche, respektieren aber auch Privatsphäre und individuelle Zeit.
Wir suchen eine saubere, respektvolle und unkomplizierte Person, ungefähr zwischen 19–30 Jahren.

A bright and cozy room is available in our house in Malters from 1 March to 31 July.
The house is surrounded by beautiful countryside with open views and a peaceful atmosphere. It is perfect for someone who enjoys nature.
Location & Transport:

• 16 minutes by train from Malters to Lucerne station
• 30 minutes by bus
• 40 minutes by electric bike to HSLU Film & Art
• 5–10 minutes by bike to Malters station
• 20–25 minutes walking

Rent: 400 CHF per month
We are four people living in the house (Björn, Jane, Emma and Eva). There is plenty of space. We enjoy friendly conversations, but everyone also respects personal time and independence.
We are looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with, approximately between 19–30 years old.
