A very spacious, bright and fully furnished room is available in a 3.5-room apartment for 1 month, from March 1st to March 31st for CHF 1,090 (utilities included). Half month also possible.
The apartment is in an excellent location, only 15 minutes to Zurich HB by tram or car, 5 minutes to the lake by public transport, and around 20 minutes walking distance.
The apartment features a large shared bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with basic furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. The building was fully restored in 2024, and there is also a small shared balcony.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other rooms: 2 girls how are studying and working.
