We’re renting out an unfurnished room in our bright and spacious 5.5-room apartment (~130 m²) on the top floor, featuring great natural light and beautiful views of Käferberg forest and the city.

🏡 About the Apartment
Flatmates:
As two flatmates are moving out, you will share the apartment with a male (29) and a female (30), both recently finished their PhDs at ETH Zurich, plus one more new flatmate.

If you’re interested in renting both rooms (they form a separate section of the flat with their own door and second bathroom) — for yourself or together with a friend — please let us know!

Flat:
• Bright, large common areas (living room + dining area, kitchen, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, laundry machine + dryer)
• Professional cleaning of shared spaces every two weeks — included in the rent

• We enjoy sports, traveling, meeting friends, and occasionally cooking or chatting together in the evenings
