I’m moving out and helping my landlord find the next tenant for my cozy studio apartment, located just 5 minutes’ walk from Coop, Migros, and the gym. The apartment is on the main road, with a bus stop less than 100 meters away – very convenient for city access.
The studio is bright and ideal for one person.
Rent is CHF 1,195/month, including water (other utilities are separate).
The apartment comes unfurnished, but I’m selling my nearly new furniture (all less than a year old):
