Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für ein helles, gemütliches Zimmer (20 m²) in einer modernen, geräumigen 90m² 2er-WG. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert – du kannst es also ganz nach deinem eigenen Geschmack gestalten. Durch die großen Fenster ist es lichtdurchflutet und freundlich.

📍 Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Hönggerberg (Kreis 10) mit traumhaftem Blick über Zürich. In direkter Nähe findest du ETH, Wald & Naherholungsgebiete mit Blick über Zürich – perfekt für Spaziergänge, Sport im Grünen oder im ASVZ Gym bei der ETH.
Supermärkte (Migros, Alnatura) sowie Tram und Bus erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten. So bist du schnell in der City und genießt trotzdem entspannte Abende im Grünen.

🏡 Die WG:

Ich bin 36 Jahre alt, Unternehmer, und lege Wert auf eine entspannte, offene und freundliche Atmosphäre. Jeder hat seinen Alltag, aber ich freue mich auch über gemeinsame Kochabende oder ein gemütliches Frühstück am Wochenende. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig – ohne Putzplan-Stress, einfach rücksichtsvoll und easy.

🙌 Wen ich suche:

Eine/n sympathische/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der zuverlässig, unkompliziert und respektvoll ist. Ob Studierende/r oder Berufstätige/r – alles passt, solange die Chemie stimmt.

I am looking for a flatmate for a bright and cozy room (20 m²) in a modern, spacious 90 m² 2-person shared apartment. The room is unfurnished – so you can decorate and style it entirely to your own taste. Thanks to the large windows, it is filled with natural light and has a very friendly atmosphere.

📍 Location:

The apartment is located on a quiet side street on Hönggerberg (District 10) with a stunning view over Zurich. Nearby you’ll find ETH, the forest and green areas for walks, sports, or working out at the ASVZ gym at ETH.
Supermarkets (Migros, Alnatura) as well as tram and bus stops are just a few minutes away on foot. This way you’re quickly in the city center, while still enjoying peaceful evenings surrounded by nature.

🏡 The Flat:

I am 36 years old, an entrepreneur, and I value a relaxed, open, and friendly atmosphere. Everyone has their own daily rhythm, but I also enjoy shared cooking evenings or a cozy breakfast on the weekend. Cleanliness matters to me – but without strict schedules, simply with mutual respect and consideration.
