Room in 6-person Flat at Living Science
Hi everyone!
I’m moving out in the first week of February 2026, and we’re looking for someone to take over my room starting then, ideally for a long-term lease.
We’re a chill, clean, and tidy flat with genuinely amazing flatmates. The apartment has a beautiful view from the shared kitchen and living room, and the room itself comes with a private bathroom.
To be eligible, you must be an ETH Bachelor’s or Master’s student.
The rent is 615 CHF/month (may increase slightly with the tenant change).
The room is furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and chair. Please note that it does not include a mattress. Since I’m moving out of Zurich, I would prefer someone who is willing to purchase the remaining furniture from me -- mattress, bedside table, lamp, and shoe stand -- all in excellent condition.
