Chambre en colocation à louer à Zurich

Since my friend and flatmate is leaving Switzerland in April, I am looking for a new tenant to take over his spacious furnished room as of the 1st of May (or earlier, to be negotiated), until the end of September (5 months), with a possibility of extension for another year.

Very luminous, modern and well-furnished, the flat is ideally located at the center of Oerlikon, literally 1 minute away from the Oerlikon train station. From it, you can reach Zurich HB in less than 10 minutes. The flat has 2 separate bathrooms, 2 balconies, a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a large dining area, its own washing machine and dryer, a cellar and an attic. The internet is included in the rent, the energy bill is paid separately every 3 months.

A little bit about me
I'm Louis (28), from France, working close to Hardbrücke as a Junior for a car financing services company. I am a relaxed person, who loves to cook and who is respectful to others and likes to talk about anything. During my free time I usually go on bike hikes, climb at Minimum bouldering gym in Oerlikon, or simply relax at home with some music. I like to keep the space where I live clean, but I’m not a cleaning freak either 😊
