We are looking for a new tenant for our apartment in Thalwil, Seidenstrasse 5.
Beautiful apartment, 5min walking distance from the lake and train station, in a quiet street with lovely park and playground right in front.
3.5rooms with two bathrooms (one bath+double sink+ toilet, one shower+sink+toilet), and big kitchen. Locker in the basement included, laundry room with washing machine and dryer shared with four other apartments. Parking space in the garage available as well.
Rent including costs are currently just below 3400chf, and 160chf for underground parking spot - pending confirmation of the owner company, this should stay similar.
We are only moving away as we need an additional bedroom soon, if not we would have happily stayed here.
