Flat for commuters
As I will not be in Bern during the weekdays, I am subletting my flat to someone who needs it for 3-4 nights per week. It is bright, furnished and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
The flat is actually a 2.5 rooms(85 sq m) apartment but as the main bedroom will be locked, I have listed it as 1.5 rooms (60 sq m). and you will have rest of the flat for your usage.
Extra mattress, high speed internet ~25gbps, fully equipped kitchen and other furnishings are available too.
A 3 month contract is planned initally with the possibility to take over the flat at a later stage.
As the rental agency will have to sign off, some documents to prove your solvency will be required.
