Subletting my Room for 1 Month from 21st Feb to 21st March 2026
Subletting my room in a 5.5 room apartment from February 20th to March 21st 2026.
We are a WG of 4 friends (Flo, Nici, Clara and Katja) and share a beautiful open designed 133 square meter apartment.
We have a fully equipped and spacious kitchen and large living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balcony’s with a stunning view of Uetliberg and the Alps.
The room is 12.3 square meter big comes fully furnished with a 1.60m bed,a big wardrobe, a dresser and a desk and chair.
In the 1415CHF rent utilities, internet and a cleaning service every 2 weeks of the common area is included.
The train station Binz is 2 minutes by foot and the bus stop Manesseplatz is 7 minutes by foot. In 10-15 minutes by train or bike you are in the city centre. Also the lake is 10 minutes by bike. There is a Coop, Lidl and Denner all in 5 min walking distance.
We are all in our mid to late 20’s working or doing our PhDs. We are a social WG, all quite busy and often away, but we love to chat and have a drink together when we are at home.
