We are looking for a new flatmate for our spacious and cozy shared apartment! the available room is approximately 11m2 and located in the heart of Lucerne, just a 5-10 minute walk from the main station. Grocery stores (Coop and Migros) are only 3 minutes away by foot.
The apartment is on the 6th floor and offers plenty of space and great amenities:
- Guest WC
- Small bathroom & large bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining area
- Living room
- Balcony
- Private rooftop terrace
- Attic storage (Estrich) & basement
- Laundry room inside the apartment
- 1 empty bedroom (yours!)
You will be sharing the apartment with:
- Alen (27), cook
- Mike (30), geologist
- Claudia (29), graphic designer
- Remi, Claudia's dog
The language spoken in the WG is English (German is also possible).
We are a relaxed and respectful WG. Everyone values privacy, but we also enjoy spending time together, playing video games and board games. Cleanliness is important to us and we aim for a comfortable and considerate living environment.
The room is available with an unlimited (unbefristet) contract.
Additional costs (Nebenkosten) are already included in the rent.
The electricity bill arrives every 3 months and is split equally among all flatmates.
