Looking for a new flatmate in our 3-person WG in Baden

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy 3-person apartment!

The available room is unfurnished and the rent is CHF 720/month. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 balconies. It's about a 15 minute walk to Baden train station, or you can take the bus right outside the house. The apartment block is directly across from a forest with walking trails, is a short walk to the Limmat river, and is close to restaurants and stores.

About us:
- Nastacia (33): I'm originally from the U.S. and am currently doing a PhD in literature at UZH. During the week I'm often in Zurich for work or to meet friends, but I also love spending time at home watching movies or hanging out with my cat. I'm vegan and prefer to keep the flat meat-free, but I'm happy to live with someone who isn't vegan. My hobbies include knitting, crocheting, cooking, writing, playing games (especially DnD), and enjoying time in nature. I'd love to live with someone I can hang out with, but I also value having our own space.
- Hans (30): I'm from Germany and just moved to Switzerland about 3 months ago. German is my native language (still working on Swiss German). I work as a scientist and travel quite a bit for work, but when I'm home I enjoy company. I love rock climbing, hiking, skiing, board games, and basically anything outdoors.

About you:
We'd love to live with someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, cat friendly, between 25 and 40 and open-minded. Ideally, you enjoy a nice mix of social time and personal space.
