Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Nidau

Ich bin eine fröhliche Frau (31) für die Wohngemeinschaft über reine Zweckmässigkeit hinausgeht.
Gemeinsam können wir eine Gemeinschaft bilden, in der man sich unterstützt und auf sein Umfeld achtet. Wenn du dich vegetarisch ernährst bin ich offen dafür, Lebensmittel zu teilen und füreinander und miteinander zu kochen.
Es gibt noch Raum, die Wohnung gemeinsam zu gestalten. Ich freue mich, im Frühjahr den großen Balkon zu begrünen. Zuhause sein, bedeutet für mich ausatmen, ankommen, wohlfühlen.
Ich lese und tanze gerne. Yoga und Meditation sind gelebte Grundpfeiler und wichtige Bestrebungen meines Lebens.
Es ist für mich selbstverständlich mein Zuhause zu pflegen und sauber zu halten, es wäre schön, wenn es dir genauso geht.
Im Kämmerchen gibt es eine Waschmaschine (also easy in der Wohnung waschen möglich). Du kannst aber auch die im Keller benutzen, wenn du magst.
Geschirrspüler ist da, Ofen und Kochfeld neu.
Der Balkon ist nach Süden gelegen. Man kann vom Wohnzimmer sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Untergang sehen ♥️
Erzähl mir doch gerne, was dir im Zusammenleben wichtig ist, wer du bist und was du gerne tust.

Ps: Ich bin gerade erst eingezogen, daher fehlen Essbereich und Möbel für den Eingangsbereich, die nach und nach folgen werden.

I'm a cheerful woman (31) for whom shared living is about more than just practicality.

Together, we can create a community where we support each other and care for our surroundings. If you're vegetarian, I'm open to sharing food and cooking together.

There's still room to personalize the apartment together. I'm looking forward to adding greenery to the large balcony in the spring. For me, being at home means exhaling, grounding, and feeling comfortable.

I enjoy reading and dancing. Yoga and meditation are fundamental aspects of my life and important pursuits.

It's natural for me to take care of my home and keep it clean; I'd be happy if you felt the same way.

There's a washing machine in the storage room (so doing laundry in the apartment is easy). You can also use the one in the basement if you like.

There's a dishwasher, and the oven and cooktop are new.

The balcony faces south. You can see both sunrise and sunset from the living room ♥️
