Affittare appartamento 2 locali a Bern

Aufgrund einer längeren Reise vermiete ich meine helle Wohnung im Breitsch zwischen Ende Juli und Ende November (25.7. - 28.11.26). Die Wohnung ist im 2ten Stock (ohne Lift) und verfügt über:

- eine neu renovierte Küche mit Geschirrspühler und grossem Kühlschrank,
- ein Badezimmer mit neuer Badewanne
- 2 grosse und helle Zimmer mit Parkettboden (Ausrichtung SW)
- einem riesigen Balkon (7.5m lang!) mit Sonne von Mittag-Abend (Ausrichtung SW) und Haken für eine Hängematte :)

Im Keller gibt es 2 Waschmaschinen, 2 Trockner sowie einen Trocknungsraum und einen Plan wo man sich eintragen kann (funktioniert gut dank unkomplizierter und netter Nachbarn). Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt, kann es sein, dass man gelegentlich die Nachbarn hört, ich empfinde dies aber nicht als störend.
Auf dem Plan siehst du dass es eigentlich eine 3-Zimmerwohnung ist. Da ich ein Zimmer aber als Abstellraum (rot) für meine persönlichen Dinge nutzen werde, vermiete ich nur 2 Zimmer mit Küche und Bad (grün) – natürlich mit entsprechender Anpassung des Mietzinses. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, allerdings müsstest du dein eigenes Bett mitbringen oder wir treffen eine Vereinbarung und ich organisiere dir gegen einen vorab vereinbarten Aufpreis ein Bett.

Die Wohnung ist zentral aber ruhig gelegen: Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 2min zu Fuss und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 7min am Bahnhof. Coop und Migros am Breitenrainplatz sind mit dem Fahrrad in 3min zu erreichen oder in 10min zu Fuss. Zur Aare (Lorrainebadi) sind es 10min zu Fuss.

Due to a long trip, I am renting out my bright flat in Breitenrain between the end of July and the end of November (25 July to 28 November 2026). The flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has:

- a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge,
- a bathroom with new bathtub
- 2 large and bright rooms with parquet flooring (south-west facing)
- a huge balcony (7.5 m long!) with sun from midday to evening (south-west facing) and hooks for a hammock :)

In the basement there are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, a drying room and a schedule where you can sign up (works well thanks to uncomplicated and nice neighbours). As it is an old building, you may occasionally hear the neighbours, but I don't find this disturbing.
On the plan, you can see that it is actually a 3-room flat. However, as I will be using one room as a “storage room” (red) for my personal belongings, I am only renting out 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom (green) – with a corresponding adjustment to the rent, of course. The flat is furnished, but you would need to bring your own bed or we could come to an agreement and I could organise a bed for you for a pre-agreed surcharge.

The flat is centrally located but quiet: the nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and the train station is about 7 minutes away by bike. Coop and Migros at Breitenrainplatz can be reached by bike in 3 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes. It is a 10-minute walk to the Aare (Lorrainebadi).
