I am looking for a subtenant for my perfectly located studio apartment in Zurich Enge, just 10 minutes from Paradeplatz, as I will be going abroad for six months.
The apartment was completely renovated before I moved in and has everything you need. It is fully furnished, so you don’t need to bring anything. The apartment also includes WiFi and a projector with TV access.
There is a shared laundry room with a dryer in the basement, which can be used by all tenants.
The sublet would be from March 16th until mid/end of April.
The monthly rent is CHF 1,400.
Only non-smokers (no smoking inside the apartment). Please feel free to ask for further informations or interest.
