We are looking someone to take over our apartment in Wiedikon, starting on March 1st or April 1st, 2026. We have a bit of flexibility regarding the exact dates.

It has 2 bedrooms, 1 home office / guest room and a spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and a shower, the other one with a bathtub shower and a washing machine and tumbler.

The apartment has two balconies and faces south so that there is plenty of sunlight in the living room.

It is on the 4th floor without a lift, so its a bit of workout every day and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is furnished, even though only rudimentarily (see pictures) and we are happy to sell any furniture you might be interested in.

Wir suchen Nachmieter, die unsere Wohnung in Wiedikon ab dem 1.3. oder dem 1.4.2026 übernehmen. Wir sind hinsichtlich der genauen Daten etwas flexibel.

Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Homeoffice/Gästezimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Essbereich.

Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, eines mit Toilette und Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass das Wohnzimmer viel Sonnenlicht bekommt.

Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, sodass sie für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet ist.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert, wenn auch nur rudimentär (siehe Bilder) – gerne übergeben wir alle Möbel, an denen Interesse besteht, für einen guten Preis.
