Internet, electricity, water, heating - all included. The room is furnished, kitchen got everything provided, together with a coffee machine (Nespresso).
Bedsheets / towels can be included as well.
The room was painted last year and has freshly replaced windows.
The room is already free and available to rent. For one person only (no couples).
Moving date: the room needs to be taken no later than from March on.
