Shared Flat near Hardbrucke
Looking for a Flatmate
Move-in from 30th December 2025!
I’m sadly leaving this lovely apartment and looking for someone to take over my room. The appartement is spacious, in an amazing neighborhood of Zurich, and super well connected as we are less than 5 mins from Hardbrucke station.
You’ll be living with Fleur and Dave who are both young professionals in their late 20s. Dave's partner, Lovisa, will also temporarily be staying until May/June 2026.
They’re looking for someone who:
- Is around the same age.
- Working.
- Knows how to keep things tidy after use
- Is okay with friends coming over
- Enjoys sharing dinner and drinks from time to time
The sublease starts around the 30th December 2025. As a requirement, you will need to buy the furniture in my room, which is in very good conditon (around 2 years old):
bed frame + mattress
big wardrobe
sideboard + boxes
desk + chair
curtains
lamp (1x)
shelves (2x)
The cost of the furniture will be 1600 CHF.
