Newly renovated, bright room near Sonnenberg in Zürich offered for rent.

The room is situated in a spacious, well-equipped ground floor apartment with garden to be shared with two other tenants. The separate bathroom and shower are only shared between two people, since one of the three rooms has a separate bathroom. Furniture depicted may be taken over partly, if desired.
The building is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Zürich and yet reachable from the central station or university campus (ETH central, UZH) within around ten minutes by public transport. The current tenants are tidy and uncomplicated, looking for an equally tidy and reliable flatmate.

Students or working people are welcome, male or female, 18-35 years.
Both current tenants are working full-time.
