I am renting out my furnished 3.5-room apartment in the quiet Hottingen neighborhood (District 7) for 4 weeks between April and May 2026 (exact dates to be agreed), and again in June/July.
The apartment offers three bright rooms, two small balconies, and a large kitchen with a gas stove and electric oven.
The rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view over Lake Zurich and is available to all tenants in the building.
The apartment is ideal for singles or couples.

Ich vermiete meine möblierte 3.5-Zimmer Wohnung im ruhigen Hottingen Kreis 7 für 4 WOCHEN ZWISCHEN APRIL UND MAI 2026 (genaues Datum nach Vereinbarung) und ein zweites mal im JUNI/JULI.
Die Wohnung bietet drei helle Zimmer, zwei kleine Balkone, eine grosse Küche mit Gasherd und Elektroofen.
Die Dachterrasse bietet einen wunderschönem Ausblick über den Zürisee und steht allen Mietern in der Liegenschaft zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles oder Paare.
