Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Zürich

Moving in date is flexible between 12 March and 1 April. Moving out date is 1 June.
The apartment is a small green oasis in Zurich. The rooms are spacious, well insulated and have large windows with plenty of natural light. The entire apartment was renovated before we moved in. It is a four room apartment with three bedrooms and a fully furnished living room and kitchen. We also have a beautiful seating area in the garden surrounded by flowers. At night foxes and badgers sometimes pass by. It truly feels like a hidden place within the city.
Marc will be out of town for a few months and is subletting his room. The room is approximately 20 square meters, has a large window front and is fully furnished. Marc will remove around half of his personal belongings to create enough space while avoiding the need to empty the room completely. For this reason the room is offered at CHF 950 per month instead of the usual CHF 1150. This price includes CHF 60 in utilities which Marc will cover.
We are looking for a mature and reliable person with experience in shared living and with clear values and goals in life. A vegetarian lifestyle is preferred as well as being science friendly LGBT friendly and someone who rarely drinks alcohol. You should be reasonably tidy without having excessively high cleaning standards. The room is not suitable for couples. Pets are generally not preferred but can be discussed. Please note that the apartment including the room is already furnished.
If you enjoy being outdoors are an active person with a sense of adventure and like music or singing together from time to time we would be happy to hear from you. We lead busy lives and value our home as a calm and peaceful place to recharge. Our main languages are German and Italian but we also speak French English and Spanish as well as some Shipibo and Quechua..
We are three flatmates aged between 30 and 42. One is a programmer from Ticino one is a climate engineer and one is a plant ecologist and teacher. We are ambitious and dedicated but also alternative and open minded. We love nature creativity and maintain a vegetarian almost alcohol free household. Plants are very welcome. We are not party people but occasionally enjoy dancing such as electronic or ecstatic dance or attending retreats. Our standard is a functionally clean flat which means not messy or dirty but not perfectly polished at all times.
Shopping is five minutes on foot. Public transport options are Hinterbergstrasse Bethanien and Toblerplatz. The forest with panoramic views is ten minutes on foot. ETH and the University Center are ten minutes away and University Irchel is reachable in twenty minutes.
