We are looking for a new flatmate to join our welcoming 4 person shared apartment (3 of us currently living here plus you). We all work are between 25 and 27 and appreciate a relaxed, respectful atmosphere at home.

The Room

• Large, bright, and unfurnished room with plenty of space

• West-facing window with lots of natural afternoon and evening sunlight

• 2 bathrooms (no morning queues)
• Huge, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher
• Cozy living room

Location & Transport

• Bus stop right outside with lines 80, 61/62, 32, and 40
• Only 5 minutes by bus to Zürich Oerlikon
• Just 15 minutes to Zürich HB (main station)
• 5 minute walk into the forrest and 20 minutes to Katzensee (small lake)

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone between 23 and 28 years old who has already lived in a shared flat and understands the dynamics of communal living. You should be tidy, considerate, and interested in a friendly but respectful flat atmosphere.
