The room is unfurnished. The flat comes with a spacious living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen. Common spaces are furnished. Move in dates are flexible but sooner preferred. Deposit worth 3 months' rent is required.
To make it a pleasant flatshare for both for you and I, the following should describe you:
- 25+ year old with stable income
- have lived solo as well as in flatshares
- have hobbies and interests outside of the flat
- envision staying for at least 6 months
- value clean and tidy spaces (and don't need a cleaning schedule to maintain it)
- not looking for a party flat
- are vegan or open to being so in the flat
You'd be sharing the flat with me - PhD Student (F, 32) with a wide range of hobbies both indoors and out. I like the home to be a space for rest so I enjoy peace and quiet. I'm vegan, non-smoker, value open and honest communication.
