Ich suche Dich für ein atemberaubendes WG Zimmer am Greifensee (700 Meter entfernt). Neben dem WG Zimmer ist eine grosse Küche mit Esstisch zum geniessen. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine 4.5 Zimmer 80qm grosse Wohnung mit einem 5 Meter breiten Balkon und 9qm grosser Terasse ebenfalls zur Mitbenutzung. Ab 12:00 Uhr Mittags scheint die Sonne darauf und in Dein Gesicht, wenn Du die richtige bist. Hinten am Haus ist ein grosser Garten mit Grill. 800 Meter Hügelaufwärts ist ein verwunschener Wald zum wandern sehr gut geeignet. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Getränkemarkt, Restaurants, Gummiplatz mit Basketballkörben, Handballtoren, Klimmzugstangen, usw. ist alles wenige Meter entfernt. Die Stadt Maur gilt als Kraftzentrum der Schweiz und hat eine besondere Energie. Ich selbst lebe seit Oktober 2025 hier und es ist hier fantastisch. Komme mich besuchen und wir schauen, ob Du der oder die richtige für hier bist. Ich bin sehr kooperativ und kommunikativ. Ich bin ein Netter.

- Ab Juli 2026 gibt es eine Hausratversicherung auch für Dich, also für zwei Personen. Ist in der Miete inklusive

- Internet ist in der Miete inklusive
- Die Mietkaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten

I am looking for you for a breathtaking shared flat room at Lake Greifensee (700 metres away). Next to the shared flat room is a large kitchen with a dining table to enjoy. Overall, it is a 4.5-room, 80-square-metre flat with a 5-metre-wide balcony and a 9-square-metre terrace, which is also for shared use. From 12:00 noon onwards, the sun shines on it and on your face, if you are the right person. At the back of the house is a large garden with a barbecue. 800 metres uphill is an enchanted forest that is very suitable for hiking. Grocery store, beverage market, restaurants, rubber playground with basketball hoops, handball goals, pull-up bars, etc. are all just a few metres away. The town of Maur is considered the power centre of Switzerland and has a special energy. I myself have been living here since October 2025 and it is fantastic here. Come visit me and we'll see if you are the right person for this place. I am very cooperative and communicative. I am a nice person.
