The room is part of a beautiful modern 5.5 room 150sqm apartment with underfloor heating,Full parquet flooring and balcony. There is one room available, with approx. 12sqm. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, large living and dining room, well laid out in traffic-calmed but still close to highway and main train station(4min walking).
All important shops are within easy reach with good connections. I travel regularly for business and will not be on site much. We look forward to receiving applications, viewings are of course possible by arrangement.
