Fully furnished room for rent in a beautifully located large and luminous shared flat in Stäfa. The apartment is surrounded by lot of green areas. 10min by walk from bus station, 10 min walk(4 min bycicle) to train station(which is 25 min to Zürich).5 Min walk to lake beach.
Included is the usage of the cozy kitchen with bar, bathroom a large dining and living room, a beautiful glass covered wintergarden which can be used as living, lounge and dining area. The living room has a huge couch table which allows to have meals at the tv and same time enjoying the beautiful lake view outside. Washing Maschine and tumbler are in the apartment.
Price for the room is 900 CHF which includes the room rent, usage of the other areas , the side costs (water, electricity, heating), serafe, cleaning stuff, WiFi and Netflix. Cleaning service is 100 CHF extra per month. Deposit of 2 months rent is required. There is no minimum duration but 3 months of notice period.
In the shared flat lives Johannes, 44, Housemanager and Designer by profession. There is another room for rent at same price and conditions, so the shared flat will be max 3 people.
