We are renting out our fully furnished 4.5‑room family apartment in Dietikon while we are abroad, ideal for expats or a small family looking for a temporary home near Zürich.

The apartment is available from 1st July 2026 to 31 January 2027 (exact dates flexible 1-3 weeks either way) and is offered fully furnished and all‑inclusive (heating, electricity, water, internet, weekly cleaning).

Located on the 1st floor with an elevator, the apartment offers around 100 m2 living space plus a generous terrace and winter garden (approx. 80 m2).
There is a bright open‑plan kitchen, dining and living area, two large bedrooms (with double beds and wardrobes) and one smaller room that can be set up as a child’s bedroom or home office/yoga room, as you prefer.

The apartment has two modern bathrooms:

• One with shower, toilet and sink
• One with bathtub, toilet, sink and plenty of storage

The kitchen and bathrooms are modern, the bedrooms have new flooring, and rooms have dimmable lighting and floor heating, which makes the space very comfortable.

The flat is spacious, with a large terrace and winter garden that are perfect for relaxing, working, or playing with children.

Equipment & services

• Fully furnished (sofa, dining table, beds, wardrobes, shelves, etc.)
• Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all standard kitchenware: plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc.)
• Washer and dryer inside the apartment (very uncommon in Switzerland, beware many apartments do not have their own washer/dryer)
• Bed linen and towels can be provided
• Weekly cleaning included
• Baby/child equipment (e.g. high chair, toys, possibly cot) can be made available on request and agreed individually

Location & transport
The apartment is in Dietikon (ZH) with fast, direct connections to Zürich HB (main station) and Baden:

• Bus stop just a few meters from the building: about 4-5 minutes to the train station
• From the station: direct trains to Zürich HB (15 minutes) Zürich Airport, and Baden
• Walking distance to the station: approx. 10-12 minutes

• Non‑smoking apartment (no smoking inside or on the terrace)
• No pets
• Suitable for expats, couples or small families, baby/child‑friendly
• Standard Swiss house rules apply (night‑time quiet hours, proper recycling and trash disposal)

Price

• Monthly rent: CHF 3’700 all‑inclusive (includes heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning)
• Garage: additional CHF 120/month (optional)
