Room to rent in a beautiful apartment near Letzigrund stadium
I am unfortunately leaving my beautiful room (ca. 15m2) and bright flat at the end of March next to Siemens/Letzigrund.
About the flat: it is composed of a nice and well equipped kitchen, one big living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has windows everywhere so the sun comes in all the time! The room to rent is also bright, modern and has its own bathroom.
The flat has also its own washing machine and dryer.
You will also have access to a storage room and 2 biking parkings on the ground floor.
Location-wise: you will be just next to Minimum bouldering gym, a few minutes walking from the bus 83/89 and the tram 2/3. Aldi and Voi are only 5 minutes away walking, and HB can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.
About the current tenant: you will be living with Maxi, a Phd student of 28 years old, from Germany. Maxi is an easy going person, who loves to hike, ski, cook, party and chill during his free time.
The other room will also be free around May if you know a friend/ person that is also looking!
We are looking for a person in his/her late 20s or 30s, is clean, respectful of common spaces and ready to make the flat vivid!
Numbers-wise: The total rent is 1,163chf per month, to which you have additional costs like electricity, internet, and a cleaning person coming every week for around 30chf/week.
The deposit is 3 months rent and the furnitures of the room and flat need to be bought for 1,300chf.
The room would be free end of March/early April (can be discussed).
