Wir suchen ab dem 1. August 2024 Mieter für unsere 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 3. Die Wohnung befindet sich derzeit im Bau als Neubau und sie wären Erstbezüger. Die neuen Wohnungen haben einen hohen Ausbaustandard mit modernen Küchen und grossen Fenstern. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock des Haus 2, hat 77,8 m2 und einen 17,8 m2 grossen Balkon. Das neue Gebäude wird energetisch nachhaltig gebaut und verfügt über eine Photovoltaikanlage.

Wichtig: Die Wohnung muss mit einem Parkplatz übernommen werden. Der Parkplatz hat Lademöglichkeit für ein Elektroauto. Der Preis für den Parkplatz beträgt zusätzlich 240 CHF pro Monat.

Ausserdem hat die Wohnung folgendes zu bieten:

We are looking for tenants for our 3.5-room apartment in Kreis 3 starting from August 1, 2024. The apartment is currently under construction as a new building, and you would be the first occupants. The new apartments have a high standard of finishings with modern kitchens and large windows. The apartment is on the second floor of Building 2, has 77.8 m2, and a 17.8 m2 large balcony. The new building is being constructed with energy sustainability in mind and features a photovoltaic system.

Important: The apartment must be taken with a parking space. The parking space has charging facilities for an electric car. The price for the parking space is an additional 240 CHF per month.
