Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Zurich

I am looking to temporarily sublet (with a concrete possibility of extension to a long term contract) my room in a spacious and fully furnished penthouse apartment in the heart of Zurich.

Available: February/March 2026 (earlier/later might be possible)

The contract would run until the end of September 2026, with the option to extend indefinitely (to be discussed).

The other 2 people in the house are laid-back international guys in their late 20s / early 30s working in investment management and crypto. They are into tech, innovation, traveling, good electronic music, healthy living, and a good glass of wine every now and then. You'll often find them working out, cooking together, or just relaxing with good conversation on the private rooftop terrace.

About the flat:

• 🏡 150m² duplex penthouse located between Stauffacher and Helvetiaplatz, just 150m from Langstrasse
• 🚉 Less than 10 min walk to Zurich Main Station
• 🛏️ The available 18m² bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, clothes hanger, cupboards, full-length mirror, and desk. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, just let us know :)
• 🌇 44m² rooftop terrace with sunset views, fully equipped with a large lounging area, barbecue, and outdoor shower
• 🛁 2 bathrooms (in the lower floor) + 1 guest toilet (in the upper floor)
• 🍽️ Open-plan living room with kitchen and rooftop access stairs
• 🧼 Cleaning lady every two weeks
• 🛗 Elevator access in apartment (don't worry, access to our floor is restricted via our key)
• 🧳 2 private basement compartment

Despite its ultra-central location, the flat is quiet – perfect for both social evenings and restful sleep (yes, even with the windows open in summer!)

Rent: 2,050 CHF/month
Excludes utilities, internet, and cleaning service.
