The area is quiet and close to nature, next to vineyards, with two farm shops nearby and a Spar supermarket 5 min from the front door

Room / Apartment:
Our apartment is located in a beautiful renovated historic house in a very calm neighbourhood in Weiningen. The apartment is spacious, with beautiful wooden ceilings.
We have some space in the living room that we can arrange together and make cosy. There are two bathrooms, our own washing machine and dryer, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
We have:
• A smaller furnished room upstairs available from 01.05.2026 for 700 CHF/month.
• A bigger room with a balcony available from 01.04.2026 for 775 CHF/month.
The furniture in the bigger room can optionally be bought for 600 CHF

Who we are:

I’m originally from Ukraine and now happily settled in Zurich. I work in research as a lab technician. Outside the lab, I enjoy good coffee shops, exploring the Swiss Alps, and cozy days in the flat. I appreciate a clean and calm home where it’s easy to relax, but I’m always up for a friendly chat in the kitchen.
Maja (25 y.o.)
Maja is doing her Master’s in architecture. She’s quiet, kind, and artistic — you always learn something interesting when talking to her. Her family lives in Switzerland, so she is often away on weekends or during semester breaks

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a preferably female flatmate in her 20s who is tidy, speaks English, and appreciates a calm and balanced home.
We enjoy having a friendly atmosphere, but we also value independence, personal space, and shared responsibility. Ideally, you’re someone who communicates clearly and naturally contributes to keeping the flat comfortable for everyone.
