Very central flat, fully furnished, 3.5 rooms. More photos by request. 5min to Sihlcity, Google and 5min to Paradeplatz by tram. Cheminee and modern kitchen. Rooftop but no balcony. Fiber internet. Machine downstairs with flexible plan.
Move in date from now until October/November or by agreement.
Important: there is a construction side next door, from 7.30am - 16.30, MO to FR. Sometimes it is quite loud, sometimes not. So if you work from home every day, it might not be the right place.
