Hi everybody, I'm subletting my room at Betahouse from beginning of March (exact date is negotiable). The contract is until the 16.08.2026, but you will have the possibility to extend after that.
The student dorm is located on Bergstrasse 55, in Fluntern. It is located in a very central zone and the bus stop Hofstrasse is right in front of the building. You can reach ETH/ UZH Zentrum in 20 mins on foot or 10 mins by public transport, while Irchel and Honggerberg are 20 and 30 mins away, respectively.
The room is 12 sqm big, with a king size bed, desk, fridge, WiFi router and a basin inside. You will share a fully equipped kitchen, 2 restrooms and an extra laundry room regularly cleaned by the staff with the other students on your floor.
The building is also provided with a living room, dining room, study room and gym area on the ground floor, while the main laundry room and private big lockers are in the basement.
The rent is 999 CHF/month, everything included (utilities, cleaning staff and WiFi).
