Affittare appartamento 2 ½ locali a Zürich

I would like to sublet my apartment starting immediately until the end of March 2026 (minimum rental period is 3 months, extension possible).
The apartment is very centrally located, close to everything the city of Zurich has to offer, yet it remains quiet despite the central location.
It will be rented fully furnished, as I am leaving all my furniture.
The apartment also has two balconies, providing additional comfort.
Please note:

• Pets are not allowed.
• Playing musical instruments is not permitted.
• No parties or loud gatherings.

Ich möchte meine Wohnung ab sofort bis Ende März 2026 untervermieten (mindestens 3 Monate, Verlängerung möglich).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem, was die Stadt Zürich zu bieten hat. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist sie sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert übergeben, da ich all meine Möbel hierlasse.
Es gibt zwei Balkone, die zusätzlichen Wohnkomfort bieten.
Bitte beachte:

• Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
• Musikinstrumente dürfen nicht gespielt werden.
• Keine Partys oder lauten Veranstaltungen.
