Charming appartement in a calm street from April to June/July (TBD)
Hello everyone,
We are subletting our beautiful flat from April to June/July. We are very flexible on the start and end of the sublet period, but would like to rent it for at least 2 months ideally.
The appartement is located in lively neighborhood (nice shops, bars, restaurants around!) yet in a very calm street with blocked access to cars. Zurich HB is a 12min walk away and you have many tram and bus stops around. The parc of Bäckeranlage is a 2min walk.
The appartement has the following amenities:
1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 office area with standing desk+screen+wifi (inkl.), 1 dining room, 1 living room, 2 balconies, 1 shared very large rooftop (never used - perfect for morning coffee or yoga!), 1 shared washing machine and drier + drying room (super fast cycles and never occupied), +beautiful tall trees on the street.
Only tenants with personal liability and household insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) will be considered.
