The bright apartment features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a comfortable couch, a TV, a dining area, and a balcony.

Each room has its key and comes complete with a 1,20m wide bed, night table, wardrobe, shelf, sofa, desk, and office chair.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances, including a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, plus all the cutlery, crockery, pans, and utensils you will ever need.
A washing machine is shared in the building.
There is also a storage room in a cellar where you can keep your suitcases and other stuff.

The rent includes internet, water, electricity, heating, all furniture, and bi-weekly cleaning of shared areas.

RENT:
6 months or more (unlimited) contract: 1'300 CHF/month.

Short stays are available, prices will vary based on the length of stay:
1 - 2 months: 1'600 CHF/month
3 - 4 months: 1'500 CHF/month
5 - 6 months: 1'400 CHF/month

There will be 3 of you, young professionals, in the apartment.
