2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Goldbrunnenplatz. Die Wohnung ist 65 m² gross und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Wohnküche und 2 Balkone (einer zum Goldbrunnenplatz, einer hinten).

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Glaskeramikkochfeld.

Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung, ohne Plannung und kostenlos. Ein Abstellraum befindet sich im Keller.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Fassade derzeit an zwei Seiten des Gebäudes mit einem halbtransparenten Netz eingerüstet ist. Dies ist vorübergehend, bis die Fassadensanierungsarbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Siehe zweites Bild.

Ich möchte ausserdem meine Möbel verkaufen (rotes Sofa, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank und Bett).

Kitchen is well equiped with dishwasher, oven, glass ceramic.

Washing machine and tumbler are shared, with no plans and free of charge. Storage place in cellar.

Note that there's currently a scaffolding around the facade covering 2 sides of the building, with a semi-transparent mesh. It's temporary until the facade renovation works are done. See 2nd picture.
