Cozy loft with sunny balcony
Available only temporary for 4 months
I’m out of the country between November 2026 and February 2027 (4 months) and would like to sublet my apartment during that time.
Minimum duration would be 3 months, ideally 4 months.
It’s fully furnished and things like cutlery, kitchen ware etc, can all be used aswell. Safety deposit is 2 months rent, which I understand is a lot for only staying 3/4 months, but I need that safety with all my furniture etc…
