I’m subletting a bright, modern room with a private en-suite bathroom in a large, spacious apartment just a short walk from Oerlikon Station. The room is available mid-December.

2 bathrooms (yours is private & en-suite)

A shared washing machine & dryer in the basement
A large, modern open-plan kitchen + living room
Designed as a 3-room apartment, but the main owner lives abroad and uses the third room for storage only (permanently locked)
Super connections to Oerlikon, Zurich HB, and the airport — fast and convenient for commuting and travel.

Quiet neighbourhood with shops, cafés, gyms, and parks nearby

Who I’m Looking For
Ideally someone who is:
Young(ish), polite, clean, and respectful
Working professional or grad student
Social, easygoing, with a good sense of humour
English-speaking preferred, but improving my German works too
Enjoys a friendly home environment while valuing personal space (thanks to separate bathrooms!)
