Affittare camera in un appartamento condiviso a Zurich

We are looking for a new flatmate for a beautiful, spacious, fully furnished room in our clean, modern and very cosy 4-person apartment on Hangenholzstrasse 94. The flat is large, bright and feels like a proper home rather than a temporary shared flat.

The room is ready to move in and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, study table and chair. The apartment has a big open kitchen with island, a bright living room, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A big plus is that the flat has two bathrooms and two toilets for four people, so there is always plenty of space and no stress in the mornings.

You will be living with Federico (Italian, from Padua, here for a 6-month PhD stay), Marwan (French, here for an internship) and Stefano (Italian). From June, Federico will be replaced by Laura (Swiss Italian), who comes with two very sweet cats. The vibe in the flat is warm, relaxed and respectful. We all have our own schedules, but we still try to cook or eat together when we can. It is a calm and friendly home, not a party flat.

The location is very convenient. Oerlikon Bahnhof is about 10 to 15 minutes walking, with regular buses nearby. Around the station you will find all the big shops, and within 5 minutes walking distance there is Coop pronto, Migros and a large Coop, so all supermarkets are very close.

Please note, the move in date will be 4th of March. However you can keep your luggage in the basement from March 1st.
