Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a great shared apartment in Zurich (Hallwylstrasse 22, near Stauffacher) — very central and extremely well connected.

• Your private room: approx. 15 m²
• Some furniture can be provided (negotiable)
• Large living & dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Rent: CHF 1,400 per month (Warmmiete)

📅 Availability

• Available from mid-January (exact date flexible)

• Short walk to Stauffacher, one of Zurich’s main tram hubs (lines 2, 3, 8, 9, 14)
• Very close to Bahnhof Zürich Selnau with frequent S-Bahn connections
• Central Zurich, shops, cafés, and nightlife all nearby

I’m 28 years old and work in wealth management. I’m tidy but relaxed, enjoy sports (especially volleyball), and I’m quite social. I like having friends over from time to time and would love the apartment to feel like a real home, not just a place to sleep.
🤝 What I’m looking for
I’m specifically looking for someone who values a friendly, respectful living atmosphere — a shared apartment where people actually get along, not just a cost-sharing arrangement.
📄 Contract & outlook

• Subletting contract (I’m the main tenant)
• No fixed end date
• In case my girlfriend moves to Zurich next year, there will be at least 3 months’ notice, and a fair transition solution can be discussed well in advance
